  Word of caution I've been a business customer of theirs since 2009... today I fired them, after problems 2 years in a row... this review could have been avoided, all they had to do was say I am sorry, we will be out tomorrow and we will wave the $40 service call, since you already paid it... NOT A BIG DEAL... Our fire extinguishers were due in July for inspection and they still have NOT showed up to put new tags on them or inspect them. I called them for personal because our personal fire extinguishers needed to be filled and I told them the business was past due, they said they would come to our business for both.. They didn't showed up when they where supposed to and when they did they fill the two personal and never inspection our business ones & they overcharged me from what they told me on the phone!, and never inspected our business tanks!! I have called and message them with no response!!! Today I call again and the reception was rude and argumentative, I asked for the owner of the company to call me back she said "they will be of no help to me!" And I even sent this message to them on Facebook last week;
  this was my message to them;
  I called Thursday morning and spoke to the reception about our business in Smithfield, I asked how much it was to fill 2 of our personal fire extinguishers, I was told $22 Each nothing more. I also notify her, our yearly service was past due for our 2 fire extinguishers for our business with your company and you all where supposed to be out in July, she said you all can come out and do both at a the same time, and be out on Thursday, your company didn't make it out till today Friday, I was not there but my wife was when the guy came, he charged her $84 to fill 2 fire extinguishers when I was told $22 each on the phone which she paid for in a check and the 2 business fire extinguishers were never issued new tags. Please have someone contact me as I was overcharged and I did not get new tags on our business ones
